File & Print sharing check

We’re in the process of converting to AD, and one of the things we need to do reliably is to check which PCs have File & Print sharing turned on. Currently it’s NT 4 domain, 99% W2K clients. It appears that a running instance of lanmanserver service is not a reliable indicator. What’s the best way to do it – via SMS, WMI, or perhaps another tool? Thanks…
