file sharing problem between my laptop and desktop

Hi,
recently i bought a new laptop ( lenovo 3000 y410 45q )

when i transfer files to my laptop using windows file sharing , it is working in a very less speed ( not more than 10mbps ).
when i tried to copy same files to other desktop in lan, it is working at speed not less than 80mbps .
what would be the problem ?
my ethernet card shows capacity upto 100mbps .

but the speed is very less .

even i tried to use ftp transfer also slow .
i have lots of GBs of files to transfer to my new laptop to start working on it. Now i am stuck and not able to do anything.
