File Sync on multiple Servers

I am currently running 2 NT4 domain controllers that are linked via a DSL line. I’d like to find a way to keep a set of directories and files synced between them, to allow users to access their files in the closest server and minimize traffic acrossthe DSL line to just the servers. Does NT allow this natively? i was thinking about the Briefcase feature, but I’m not sure if that would solve my problem. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
