FILEMAKER PASSWORDS

I recently was promoted to a tech position
where everything is screwed up. they dont
know the passwords for some databases that
they created awhile ago. they arent written
anywhere either. i can usually find a program
that can crack certain files, is there any
available for filemaker pro 5 or just filemaker.
any help in this matter would be appreciated.
im sure you know what its like to inherit a total
mess.
