Files on Windows 95

Referring to the other question I have open, when I am installing the files to make the computer “network-ready”, I’m missing a ton of files that are not on the 95 disk. I’m robbing the files I need off of another computer and can’t seem to find them on the 95 or 98 disk. What am I doing wrong?
