Find Replace in Word from Excel VBA

I have an excel spreadsheet containing a number of macros which I am using. The end result of the spreadsheet is compiled into a Word template report, which at present is done manually. I would like to create some VBA that would open the template document, do a find and replace on some text, then allow the user to save the word template with a new name, and or location.
Does anybody have any ideas?
