Finding a position abroad

I am going to be graduating soon with a degree in MIS and some very good work experience as an applications developer. After graduation I would like to look at companies abroad that may be hiring. I currently live in the US, and am wondering if anyone knows of job placement services or other strategies to find positions in foreign countries.
