Folder Access

I couldnt access my locked folder in Folder access. It gave me an error. So i Removed it whilst it was locked, then i uninstalled Folder access. The problem is that i cannot open my folder again even after i reinstalled Folder Access. As soon as i try to open it gives me a message “folder already locked”. and if i double click the folder, controll panel opens. Can anyone help. I need this folder urgently!!
