Folder Access Manager

I really need some assistance finding products that can help us manage folder access and allows you to put an expiration date to an individual’s access to the folder. I would like something that has a nice or somewhat decent GUI interface. Ofcourse, this product would be for the Windows OS.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction on the product lines?
