folder redirection problems

hi!
we have folder redirection implemented in our company and it works fine for all but this one single user, and it worked fine for him as well, until recently. when he logged on his computer only some of the folders and files were visible in his my docs folder. he restarted the computer and after this he couldn’t access his my docs folder at all. it kept saying that the network folder that contains my documents is not available.

i ran the gpresult /v command and found out that the computer settings have my document redirection filtered out and i don’t know how to enable it for this specific computer.

if anyone knows how to do it i would appreciate any help.
