“Forbidden” message when replying in OWA

I get a “Forbidden” message, with no number, when trying to reply or forward messages in OWA. I have checked all the rights on the server including NTFS,IIS and mailbox.

I have made sure that “Authenticated Users” can relay from the server.

Has anyone had this error before ?
