forgot sign on westell versalink w327

I was a verizon customer 2 years ago..I now have a need to access the modem..which I received from them..I forgot my sign on and password..whenever i had a problem with the modem while a customer..they asked me to put in one of their codes when i forgot my sign in..at the time i had very little knowledge of these modems..I tried what I thogut was the sign on info and got a code “401”..is theier anything i can do to reset this modem..I tried the reset button but this did not work..
