Forwarding and reply problems with outlook 2007

With some e-mail I receive I?m unable to reply to them or forward them on to other people.
Outlook pops up a message saying “can’t sent this item”
It doesn’t happen to all the messages and they?re a no common factor between the message other than I want to forward it or reply to it.

Any help would be very very very help full
