Forwarding MSN emails

I have a user that is using MSN mail. (The one you pay for. not hotmail), and I’m trying to forward that mail to her Outlook using the POP3/SMTP settings. After I have set up the account, I click Send/Receive, and it fails. Her username/password is correct. Any ideas on what could fix this?
