Foxit Reader

by lee_t46 . Updated 18 years, 1 month ago

When I use this reader, sometimes I get a message saying that “certain actions cannot be done ( like saving a document) as I need to buy FoxitPro to do them.”

So much for a free, easy-to-use reader in place of Adobe!

I can’t save a document as a PDF or as text in quite a few cases – just have to keep the link in ‘favourites’ to read it again later.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is there any other solution besides buying the Pro version of Foxit?

Shouldn’t the makers of such programmes state that it is limited if you only have the free version?

From a brassed off Kiwi in New Zealand,
Cheryl
