Free Outlook Archiver?

I’m trying to find a free Outlook archiver. The problem with the built-in archiving is that when you select the date range it is using the creation date of the pst. I copied the pst from a production environment and am trying to archive everything older than 90 days. The only app i’ve found is outlooktruearchive.com and it costs $20. There must be a free utility out there.
