From Distribution list only entries, make individual contacts

Some distribution lists in Outlook (2003) consist entirely of entries that exit only on the distribution list. These entries do not exist as individual Outlook contacts.

How can I create individual Outlook contacts from each of these distribution lists and place them in a folder in my Outlook Contacts?
