From native to hybrid app development

Hi.
So my company is now developing an Android App that uses qr codes to register the use of HR or materials for projects. So the App has a QR scanner with a custom interface and we are developing in Android Studio, meaning the app is native. We are currently trying to move to an Hybrid app development but have no idea on how to build a scanner with custom interface. Anyone has any pointers, or links that could help us with this?
