FTP Proxy Software

Hello Everyone,

I require an FTP Proxy utiltiy to be installed on one server that has FTP access through a Frame Relay to the Internet using only ane NIC with one IP Address

I have a few users (about 20) that need to FTP (2-5 users max at one time.
Corporate wants to charge us $150.00 US per month for the privallage.

The idea is to use one system (the server) that has FTP access and proxy through it so anyone that is setup can download files via an FTP server.

Proxy software is listed everywhere.
PROXY seems to do far more than what is required and I can not determin if it will accomlish what is needed.

Any Ideas?
