We have an FTP site where an office person posts relevant documents of all kinds for a project we have going. I have a neat directory where I put everything on my computer here, but have to glean things from that FTP site to include in what I have. Can someone suggest how I can compare what I have to what is on the site so I don’t get duplicates or lose something? Is there some sort of comparison software that would make it easy…preferably free or nominally priced? Once I get it done I’ll make the FTP look like computer file and have one specific dump folder that I check and post. Ideas how to make this happen without making it a ridiculouys project? This FTP site is one we use for alot of projects and if this works we may be able to set up the entire site this way. Suggestions will be much appreciated.
