Fujitsu Amilo Xi 2428 always display a blue screen-like problem at start up

when my laptop beginnning to start up, it always turn the screen to blue and has a message like hardware problem or contact your manufacturer.. then i shut it down and open it again and this time it shows the safe mode option.
then i used the safe mode ang restore back the system in the date were the computer in its good operational status..
it’s always been the same everytime i open my laptop.

sometimes it opens up natural.. and sometimes it opens up in startup windows normally option.
