Future of Network Admin.

I recently got an AA in Network Admin, but with the economy being so screwed and companies moving IT offshore, I’m really thinking that I need to change careers. According to news, these jobs are not coming back and the government is not doing absolutely anything to stop this and not only companies are realizing that the need to start outsourcing is inevitable but a must to stay in business.
How is this going to affect the future of Network Administrators? Will it still be a need for it?
Any advice is appreciated.
