Future of Novell

I’ve been reading and hearing from a lot of people lately that Novell, while not gone yet, is on its last leg. Personally, my experience is that a large majority of companies of all sizes are using NT/2000 for their networking needs, while the remainder of the market is split between Novell and UNIX/Linux. What is everyone else out there seeing and hearing?
