GBA4iOS Emulator

Hey fellas, Any one tried GBA4iOS emulator to install third party apps. Is this safe to use GBA4iOS emulator on my iPhone SE. http://windowspcguide.com/install-gba4ios-ios-9-8-4-1-3-without-jailbreak-iphone-ipad/ . Is this one worthy enough to install ?
