Get Win98 password to auto update PDC

Getting passwords on Win98 stations to automatically update on the PDC.
I have tried the passwords icon in Control Panel and I have tried adjusting some registry settings on the Win98 workstation.

Does anyone know what registry setting I need tochange on the PDC to get the workstation to automatically update the password?
