Gettin Delta Time Using PJCAP

Hi
I have a 3gb trace file. I want to read the pcap file and want to divide it logically on 100ms intervals. information i need in 100ms is total number of bytes and total number of packets. is it possible using pjcap library?

your help would be much appriciated.
