Getting account lockout while logged on

Each night at about 8:00 PM my manager is getting locked out of her account while she is logged on. She logs off and logs back on and she gets a message that her account is locked out. What could be causing this, short of using the LockoutStatus.exe tool to find out?
We have a win2000, HP/Compaq shop.
