Getting info from PBX

Hi there!
I need to get a real-time information from the PBX about current calls. The PBX is Samsung OfficeServ 100 (if it matter 🙂 ). The guidance says this PBX supports TAPI 2.2. Would you direct me, please, how to use TAPI in order to get any info from the PBX?
