Getting rid of duplicate music files

I have a music collection of over 300 GB that was collected from 3 different friends. But some of the music files are duplicated and checking them 1 by 1 individually is taking a long time. Does anybody know of a program (preferably free) that will search all my files and get rid of any duplicate files. Also I need to get rid of duplicate files containing photos saved with the same file name.
