In the small design company that I work for I have recently been asked to take on a project management roll on some of our web projects. The idea is to free up more of the sales reps time. I am eager to learn more about this area – I see this as a good career move. I’m want to be proactive in this area but, I’m not sure where to start. Complicating things is the fact that the office coordinator seems to have wanted this position and not been offered it. Any advice?
