Gigabyte with Ιntel motherboard

Good Morning,

The graphics card of an office pc, after cleaning it with a blower after 4 years, stopped responding. We noticed that the fan didn’t work.

The graphics card is GB GF FX5700LE 128 MDD VO DVI and the motherboard is Ιntel D865PERLK 1865PE GBIT.

1. Is there something else that we can try or the fact that the fan doens’t work means that the card is off?

2. Are there any recommendations for graphics card to replace or we can’t find any more a compatible card with the specific motherboard?
And if yes, does it worth it or is it better to buy a new one?
