Global Changes to Personal Address Book

I have many End Users who are switching their email address. They are going from a format like enduser@oldcomp.com to a format like enduser@newcom.com. Is it possible to make this global change to all the names in their Personal Address book in Outlook 97 or Outlook 98? Or are they going to have to enter all changes manually one by one?
