Good failover plan for fax server

We are migrating our fax machines to fax servers called Rightfax. We will install 4 fax cards and 4 channels to replace 4 fax machines. We need to ensure that a good failover system is in place so that the public can communicate to our organisation via fax at all times. What failover must be put in place ?
