Good Staffing agencies in Toronto, ON?

I am a Java/J2EE programmer who just moved to the Toronto, ON, Canada area. I am trying to find good IT staffing agencies in Toronto.

I did meet some sales people at Sapphire technologies and Brainhunter. They seemed ok.
Teksystems, Robert Half and Modis seemed to be really selective. Modis sales person was unimpressed by my sales skills.

Any good agencies for people just entering the Toronto IT market?
