Grant access to a network drive

Sorry about this long winded message. On the server I need to set up a group of users to access T drive, which is an archive.Now in our office, there are 2 types of users, one are engineers and others administration.Now the engineers have access to s,t and f drive which is for the network, and the admin staff have access to only f. drive. On user manager for domains, the logon path for engineers is caph.bat whilst for the other users its euslogon.bat.How do I give access to T drive for some of the admin staff? Please help
