Grinding noise on a HP LJ 8150

I have a customer with a HP LJ 8150, they are experiencing a grinding noise with there printer. They have replaced the toner cartridge and it still does it. I am guessing without going on site yet, that it is either a bad fuser unit or a gear problem. Is there a known issue with this printer?
