Group Health Insurance

I am looking for an organization (trade or otherwise) that I can join in order to get group health insurance. I’m not worried about cost, I’m worried about pre-existing conditions. I have looked at organizations like MyBizOffice.com, IPROS.com, and FreeAgent.com but I am not interested in their back office services.

I’ve looked at joining the IEEE but they require you to be a member for 2 years before taking advantage of their group health. Does anyone know of any national / local / tradeorganizations that offer group health? I would appreciate any leads. Thanks.
