Group Policy Object applied to an unlinked OU.

Has anyone seen an issue where Group Policy is applied to computers in an OU that is not linked to the policy? The policy is neither linked nor inherited by the OU as confirmed by the GPMC.

RSOP on one of the client machines reports the settings being set by the offending GPO.
