GroupWise Cabinet — any similar feature for Outlook?

Is there any program that can be added to Microsoft Outlook that would function similarly to the GroupWise Cabinet feature? I recently moved to a small consulting firm that uses Outlook and would like the functionality that the GroupWise Cabinet feature gives users of being able to post messages for everyone in the firm to be able to view and respond to. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
