Back in the old days, i used to worship everything there was about Novell. I also use to hate evrything that had a Microsoft logo on it. But now years later, i just got this new job and i’m back with Novell. First thing i saw was groupwise on the workstations. I said to my boss hey shouldn’t we install the new version ? and he said…you’re looking at it… we just got HTML support… Isn’t that great !!
I was stunted and i couldn’t believe how crappy the UI was… I know it is a breeze to administer and everything. But now my new mission is to teach all the users to use the agenda ON GROUPWISE !!! I mean these folks are used to the Outlook Agenda. How on earth am i to make them use groupwise ?
Maybe i’m missing something…maybe version 6 will be better…if someone has any thought that can make me love groupwise…well you’re willing to try but i think we should remove it and use lotus notes… i mean my boss thought Domino was a kind o pizza. I guess that explains it huh 🙂
