Growing up I’d say

Hi there,

My question is: what next after the vagaries of certifications and on the job experiences?

I want to grow up! becoming a CIO, Project Manager, Consultant etc doing the same thing (IT Supoort Engr) is not what I want to end up with.
What advice do you have, pointing or opening my eyes to ways I could grow up; would I have to goback to school for a management course or something?
