H-1B nightmare

Made a choice of coming to the Land of Plently only to realise that inspite of having all the qualifications and the experience and the will to work hard be it day or night I am unable to place myself. I have posted my resume on Dice, ITjobs, monster, careerbuilder etc..but still remain without a steady job.

Looking for advise how best I can find a job.
