Hard Drive and Permissions

I recently worked on my drive and uninstalled the everyone groupfrom the drive and installed the authenticated users now i have no access to the drive

When i login it is still there but have I no permission to it i can see it but cannot get intoit

is there anyway i can redo the security on this drive it is Advanced server 2000
