Hardware and Software Suppliers Needed

As a small consultant I am often asked to provide hardware,software and peripherals for my clients. Most want Brand Name Hardware (PC’s) such as Dell, IBM, Compaq, etc. When I call these companies, they want me to buy, get this, $75k PER Quarter to get a 2% discount. Where can we go to provide Brand name products and software without losing money. It becomes embarrasing when I can’t provide these products.
