Have you Heard of this CRM before?

I’ve been looking around for free CRM software and came across one called ConcourseSuite. Its made by a company called Concursive. Does anyone know about this company, are they reliable? They are offering a CRM with 100 free seats! Sounds too good to be true…is there a catch? Let me know if anyone knows or deals with this company at all.
