having IRQ conflicts and event viewer wa

I’m studying for my NCSE and i’m having problems configuring my nt4 cerver at home.
How do I resolve IRQ conflicts, where do I resolve them??
Also Im getting a message saying some services and drivers have failed, i’m not sure how to tackle this problem. The event viewer is shoing me warnings with “serial” and tons with “Netlogon” !
Please tell me how to address this problem
