Having Issue with my laptop (Inspiron 15)

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a laptop (Inspiron 15) to use for business. When I was working on it one day, I increased the brightness, and the screen began to blink. As a result, anytime I increase the brightness, it begins to blink. I had previously charged the laptop overnight. Is it as a result of that, or is it anything else?
