Having trouble lining up an image in dreamweaver

Im at my wits end, spent hours on this and its going to be something simple..

I want the ‘click here to obtain’ image at the top right to stay on the far right (in line with the end of the green menu line) – it’s fine on some screen but on my larger laptop screen theres white space. I’ve tried everything I know of but my knowledge is limited. Any coding suggestions?
