Help deciding between Courses

I have been offered a choice between taking Windows 2000(MCSE) and CCNP. Which of these are in the biggest Demand right now from your educated experience. I am leaning more towards CCNP but I have heard that companies are starting to change over from NT to 2000 so I would think there will be a shortage of qualified people to run or manage a 2000 network. Do you agree with this? Any suggestions appreciated. Confused JR
