Help Desk Questions (easy)

I know these may be simple for a lot of the people here but I need help with them….
Q1. Andrew from human resources reports that he can log on to the network but cannot see any network drives?
Q2. Bill from marketing can map network drives ok but when he browses the network through network neighbourhood he receives the message “Unable to browse network?
Q3.Mellisa says that whenever she starts her PC it gets to the welcome screen and then freezes?
Fred reports that his PC will not allow any uses to logon?
